Have you ever said anything like these statements?

I don’t want to be fat.  I don’t want to be broke.  I don’t want to be old.  I don’t want to live here.  I hate this relationship.  I don’t want to be like my mother/father.  I don’t want to be stuck in this job.  I don’t want to have this hair/nose/body.  I don’t want to be lonely.  I don’t want to be unhappy.  I don’t want to be sick.

Well, WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE, young lady (or young man)! 

We have been culturally taught how to speak and think in such negative ways that it automatically comes to us.  Fighting the negative is a waste of your time and energy if you really want to make changes and improve your life.  The law of attraction tells us that we need to ask for what we want, not drone on about what we don’t want.  Using “I am” and “I have” statements are the way to start getting your way.  Here are the positive affirmations to the above statements:

I have a fit and trim body.  I am prosperous and do work that I love.  I am eternally young.  I now move to a better place.  I have a wonderful relationship.  I am my own person.  I love my hair/nose/body.  I am filled with love and affection.  I am joyous and happy and free.  I am completely healthy.

Declaring “I accept (insert good thing here) into my life” will open channels in your consciousness to create just what you want.  Continue making positive statements about how you want your life to be and watch the magic unfold.  If you’ve been making negative statements for a long time, be patient.  It may take a bit for your subconscious to figure it all out.  Just keep making those positive statements.  You WILL get what you want!
